conforming to contract specifications and delivered on time with minimum inconvenience.
Our prime area of operation is welded metal fabrication and repair to:

• AS/NZS 1554 Structural steel welding
• AS 1210 Pressure vessels
• AS 1228 Pressure equipment - Boilers
• AS 4041 Pressure piping
• AS 4458 Pressure equipment – Manufacture
• AS 3920.1 Assurance of Product Quality- Pressure Equipment Manufacture
And equivalent Standards and Codes nominated by our customers.
We are also committed to do this safely, for the benefit of our employees and shareholders, with
minimum harm to the environment and in accordance with sound business practice.
All employees including the Managing Director are to conform to the CCR Pty Ltd’s Policy and
this Total Management Manual.
CCR Pty Ltd will ensure that all employees understand its policy. Appointing skilled employees
and providing ongoing training and information will achieve this.
CCR Pty Ltd operates in accordance with its documented management system, which generally
conforms to:
• AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality management systems
• AS/NZS ISO 14001 Environmental management systems- Specification for guidance & use
• AS 4804 Occupational health and safety management systems - General guidelines on
principles, systems and supporting techniques
• ISO 3834 Quality requirements for welding – FUSION welding of metallic materials
The management system is maintained and improved from operating experience and new ideas
from all sources and is subject to various inspections, checks and audits, both internally and
externally.
Our basic goal is to continue to improve and be comparable with “world best practice” in
fabrication of steel and other metallic structures, aim for excellence in our industry sector with
zero injury level and complete satisfaction to our customers.
